Participation and Format:
1. Complete all 4 online micro-sessions (25-30 minutes each).
2. Engage in role plays, reflection exercises, and adaptability drill.
3. Submit written reflection or responses to handout prompts for supervisor evaluation
4. Complete Pre-Test and Post-Test evaluations.
Assessment:
1. Pass the Post-Test with at least 75% .
2. Achieve a Pass Mark in role-play performance using a 9-scale adaptability rubric.
This 2-hour training on Change Leadership in Hospitality introduces leaders to the essential skills needed to guide people through transitions. Unlike change management, which focuses on processes, change leadership emphasizes inspiring vision, clear communication, empathy, and motivation. Participants will explore how to lead staff during organizational changes such as system upgrades, rebranding, or service culture improvements.
1. Practice clear and empathetic communication during change.
2. Apply change leadership behaviors to hospitality scenarios.
3. Explain the difference between change management and change leadership.
4. Promote optimism and motivation during transitions.
