Participation and Format:
1. No advanced safety background required.
2. Complete all 4 online micro-sessions (25-30 minutes each).
3. Engage in role plays, reflection exercises, and adaptability drill.
4. Submit written reflection or responses to handout prompts for supervisor evaluation
5. Complete Pre-Test and Post-Test evaluations.
Assessment:
1. Pass the Post-Test with at least 75% .
2. Achieve a Pass Mark in role-play performance using a 9-scale adaptability rubric.
This 2-hour training equips hospitality staff with the essential knowledge and skills to keep guests safe during emergencies. From fire alarms to medical incidents, participants will learn how to respond calmly, assist guests effectively, and communicate with confidence. The focus is on guest-friendly safety — protecting lives while ensuring reassurance and professionalism.
