Course Description

  3. Manage linens and amenities properly, ensuring they meet hotel standards and are handled according to established procedures.

  5. Be familiar with safety and hygiene protocols, including the correct use of PPE and procedures for reporting maintenance issues to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
