Participation and Format:
1. Completion of 2H Keeping Guests Safe During Emergencies recommended.
2. Complete all 6 online micro-sessions (35-40 minutes each).
3. Participate in role plays, reflection exercises, and adaptability drill
4. Submit written reflections or responses for supervisor evaluation
5. Complete Pre-Test and Post-Test evaluations.
Assessment:
1. Pass the Post-Test with at least 75% .
2. Achieve a Pass Mark in role-play performance using a 9-scale adaptability rubric.
This 4-hour training builds on the basics of emergency response with a structured, guest-centered approach. Participants will explore how to plan, coordinate, and guide others during emergencies while ensuring guest safety and reassurance. The training introduces expanded practices such as assisting vulnerable guests, coordinating team actions, and leading small-scale drills.

3. Lead small teams during evacuations and drills.
4. Understand structured emergency procedures for hotels and restaurants.
5. Learn strategies for coordinating with supervisors and authorities.
6. Identify safe assembly points and accountability procedures.
