Participation and Format:
1. No prior training required (entry-level friendly).
2. Complete all 6 online micro-sessions (35-40 minutes each).
3. Participate in role plays, reflection exercises, and adaptability drill
4. Submit written reflections or responses for supervisor evaluation
5. Complete Pre-Test and Post-Test evaluations.
Assessment:
1. Pass the Post-Test with at least 75% .
2. Achieve a Pass Mark in role-play performance using a 9-scale adaptability rubric.
This 4-hour personal online training develops stronger observation and accuracy. It is structured into 6–8 micro-sessions of 20–30 minutes each. Learners analyze mistakes, practice error detection, and reflect on their impact on guest experiences.
Upon completion of the course, the participants should be able to:
1. Detect and correct errors in scenarios.
2. Apply structured observation tools.
3. Apply why errors affect guest experience.
4. Use SOPs for detail-checking.
5. Take responsibility for accuracy.
6. Commit to continuous improvement.
