Course Requirements

Participation & Format


    • Complete all 8 online micro-sessions (50–60 minutes each).
    • Participate in role-plays, advanced case studies, and scenario analysis.
    • Complete written reflections and action plans for supervisor evaluation.
    • Complete Pre-test and Post-test evaluations.

    Assessment

    • Pass the Post-test with at least 75% score.

    • Achieve a Pass mark in role-play performances using a 9-scale adaptability rubric.

    Course Description

    This 8-hour advanced training equips hospitality staff with mastery of flexibility and adaptability skills. It focuses on complex scenarios, proactive communication, resilience under pressure, and leadership in guiding teams during change. Delivered in eight 50–60 minute online micro-sessions for individuals, one-on-one supervisor coaching, and micro-groups (2–4 learners).

    2. Prioritize and manage workload surges with efficiency.
